Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. If you have any physical conditions that might prevent you from participating, please let us know via email.
If you are not a healthcare professional, and you need a CPR and AED course, then a non-Basic Life Support Class can be taken.
If you are a healthcare professional, most employers and licensing authorities require a Basic Life Support (BLS) Course through American Heart Association (AHA).

For private classes, a minimum of four students are needed to attend the course.
Most accrediting agencies will certify you for two years.

Yes, a student manual is REQUIRED for both the BLS and Heartsaver course, they can be purchased separately or rented.
You may also want to bring a pen and notepad so that you're able to take notes.
