I Save Lives Training is a proud Woman, Nurse-owned & privately operated small business that was started in 2020 by Ingrid that offers

accredited American Heart Association CPR/AED Certification Courses

We offer individual mobile training classes at a convenient location and we're willing to travel to teach large groups.

We provide hands on training and certifications to individuals who are required or interested in learning critical life saving skills needed in the event of an emergent situation.

We provide both traditional in person trainings and the alternative blended format which includes an online accessible education portion with an in person hands on skills training and evaluation.

Our trainings are updated to reflect new science in the 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR.

Meet The Owner

Owner and Founder

My name is Ingrid and I am the proud owner and founder of I Save Lives Training. I am a Registered Nurse and has served as the primary instructor for courses at I Save Lives Training since becoming an AHA certified BLS & HeartSaver Instructor in 2020.

I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings since becoming a nurse in 2021 in which my clinical experiences have truly given me a greater appreciation and understanding of the critical skills that I am able to help each of my students learn!

I started this company because I felt that all individuals would benefit from receiving CPR training and it should not be limited to just healthcare personnel.

I lost my grandfather to cardiac related problems and since then I have made it my mission to educate those around me about the importance of obtaining life saving skills training.
